Post 6: Shaker Cup

I'm carrying my shaker cup most of the time through college, the gym, and home. It may or may not have some symbolism toward my shaker cup. I started using my shaker cup in 9th grade in high school. I love putting ices on my shaker to make it colder and last longer throughout the day. I put water, Gatorade, BCAA, pre-workout, and powder powder on my shaker cup. Without a shaker cup, I will not motive myself anything or need to drink something while I'm dehydrating myself. To me, it represents motivation and hard-working.

  4. I like how the shakers seems to shake you into motivation. I am curios to know if it has been the same shaker or has it changed over the years.

  5. I wonder how it started to become a symbol for you? It is unique, which just gives us the reason to believe the reason is all the more important.
