Post 4: Thunderstorms

After watching the weather's news, the dark cloud coming and surrounding the atmosphere. When he looks at the sky, it is a very dark and scary cloud then It's starting thunderstorms and raining a lot. He found out that lightning strike down to communication towers, and it is completely blackout. There is no way to contact his phone or any devices at home. When he hears more thunders caused by a lightning strike, he begins to get scared and try to hide one of the rooms. He starts thinking like "Why would I scary of a thunderstorm?" He wants to face or conquer his fear of bad weather today. After the thunderstorm went away, all of the power sources coming back. He is delighted after it's over.

  1. I love how you decided to use setting to set the mood of your short story and describing in such a great way. I also enjoyed not being able to tell how old the main character is it leaves room for interpretation.

  2. Very powerful setting. The mood of the story fits perfectly with how scared the main character is feeling. It also shows how he tries to conquer his fear and the delightfulness he gets after its all over.
